NOTE: Remember to always read labels.

Most of the time that we end up buying a fat burner, diet or weight loss product to help us speed up fat loss, we tend not to pay attention to the actual label information on the bottle. It is very important that when you are about to buy a fat burning supplement to make sure you read the entire bottle, especially the warning on it. If you have any type of health problems you should always consult your physician before buying or using any of product. Basic common sense will say that if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart problems, are pregnant, or are sensitive to caffeine you should not take them.

As far as the recommended use, follow the instructions that the manufacturer has on there product and never exceed what they recommend. Remember that more is not better.

Also if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath it is recommended to discontinue the supplement.
