Carnitine: A Key, Fat Burning ingredient!

Carnitine (L-Carnitine) is an amino acid that is found in all living tissue. Carnitine improves the body's ability of utilize stored fat for energy when you exercise. In a way Carnitine acts like a transport to move fat from the bodies stores to be used up as energy. Some fat burners come with a small amounts of Carnitine in their formulas, but for best result consuming 500mg to 1000mg before exercise will work best. Carnitine also has a positive effect in enhancing oxidation of fatty acids, which is critical during exercise; helps preserve muscle glycogen, which improves resistance to muscle fatigue.
