Goal: Motivation "The Secret"

Motivation is very important when trying to maintain a diet and exercise program. If we don't find a way to get motivated and focus on keep eating correctly and exercising, we usually will end up eating more and exercising less. Not all us have the power and self discipline to reach our goals, that goes both to losing weight and in life it self.

One very good book that will help you get focus on what you want to achieve, is "The Secret". This book talks about a secret has been know for ages that will help you obtain and achieve anything you want in life; if you just ask for it. This secret is "The Law of Attraction", which basically explains that everything you have and that has happened to you, you have attracted to your life.
